Summary: The leadership in the House and Senate managed to agree on several good (though fairly minor, compared to what they might have accomplished) healthcare reforms. The House vote was split mostly on a party line, with two Democrats (Rep. Dyson and Rep. Johnston) voting against. It should be noted, however, all Republicans were present to vote no, and 9 Democrats were absent.
